IREDA Raises ₹2,005.90 Crore via QIP to Strengthen Green Energy Lending:

In a significant fundraising exercise, IREDA mobilized ₹2,005.90 crore through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), issuing 12.15 crore equity shares at ₹165.14 each. The issue price included a ₹155.14 premium over the ₹10 face value, at a 5% discount to the floor price. The capital will support IREDA’s green energy financing initiatives.
