SEBI relaxes compliance for foreign investors focused on Indian government securities, facilitates PSU delisting:

In a key policy move, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has eased regulatory requirements for foreign portfolio investors investing exclusively in Indian government bonds. During its board meeting in Mumbai, SEBI also approved simplified delisting norms for public sector undertakings (PSUs), streamlining exit processes from stock exchanges.
