PM Modi Addresses G7 Session on Safe & Efficient AI Rollout

- Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Outreach Session on “Ensuring a Safe, Rapid and Efficient Rollout of Artificial Intelligence” at the G7 Summit in Evian, France.
- He described AI as a transformative force that must empower people and be guided by India’s human-centric ‘MANAV’ vision based on inclusivity, security, and public good.
- Modi called for global cooperation on safety-by-design, common standards, testing frameworks, and tackling deepfakes, misinformation, and cyber threats.
- He stressed that democratic nations must have secure AI models and benefits should reach Global South countries.
- India will continue working with partners for responsible AI development
